5. Website refers to Lybu, accessible from https://lybu.in

6. Użytkownik oznacza osobę uzyskującą dostęp do Usługi lub korzystającą z niej, firmę lub inny podmiot prawny, w imieniu którego taka osoba uzyskuje dostęp do Usługi lub korzysta z niej, stosownie do przypadku.

Twoje prawa do anulowania zamówienia

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours, provided the service has not been activated, published, or delivered.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24 hours from the time You placed the Order. If the digital service (such as the creation or activation of the digital card) has already been initiated, cancellation may not be possible.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision through a clear written statement. You can contact us by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 business days from the day on which We confirm your eligibility for a refund. The reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method You used for the Order, and You will not incur any additional fees for the refund.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

1. The order was placed within the last 24 hours. 2. The service has not been activated, delivered, or customized. 3. You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction related to technical or service-related issues.

Non-Refundable Situations

1. The service has already been initiated, customized, or delivered.

2. The digital business card has been made live or shared.

3. Delay or failure in delivery caused by user inaction or failure to provide required content/information.

4. Any promotional or discounted packages.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above conditions are not met or if the request is found to be abusive or invalid.

As Lybu Digital Business Card is a digital service, there is no physical return applicable. However, we may require access logs, screenshots, or written confirmation to assess refund eligibility in the case of any disputes or service issues.
